3. Booking & Confirmation
- Bookings can be made via website, phone, or WhatsApp
- A booking is confirmed only after receiving confirmation from our team
- Customers must provide accurate details (name, phone number, travel info)
- Incorrect details may lead to booking cancellation
4. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are communicated at the time of booking
- Prices may vary based on distance, time, vehicle type, and availability
- Additional charges may apply for:
- Toll taxes
- Parking fees
- Driver allowance (for outstation trips)
- Payments can be made via cash, online transfer, or other available methods
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

- Last-minute cancellations may attract charges

- No refunds for completed trips
